Summary

My primary research activities include statistical software development for linkage analysis of quantitative phenotypes using the variance components approach, genome-wide SNP genetic association studies, and ROC analysis. I am also interested in the application of tree-based methods to genetic data. Clinical interests include osteoporosis and the influence of various candidate genes on multiple sclerosis.
