Ongoing Research

The Prostate Cancer Program seeks to identify technically-elegant scientific projects that have a near- and intermediate-term likelihood of translating research findings into clinical applications for the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of prostate carcinoma. Ongoing research initiatives result from the six major research themes of the Prostate Cancer Program:

• Detection and Prognosis of Prostate Cancer
• Molecular Epidemiology and Susceptibility of Prostate Cancer
• Prevention of Prostate Cancer
• Prostate and Prostate Cancer Imaging
• Novel Treatments of Prostate Cancer
