The research in my laboratory involves the following:

Explore how particular structures and atomic interactions underlie angiogenesis, apoptosis, metalloenzyme catalysis, and protein folding
Develop scalable supercomputer hardware and software including molecular databases for rapidly identifying selective enzyme inhibitors
Develop small and macro molecules useful as research tools and novel medicines
